Glow up

Karmic Liberation

4 min read by Zeni
A young girl in a flowing dress floats in a colorful galaxy, surrounded by swirling cosmic patterns and stars, as she appears to be breaking free from chains.

The other day I pulled a 6 of Pentacles card in my love reading, and I instantly thought, karmic debt is paid. Maybe I will not see him again. And that’s the thing, right. You can have 100 soulmates incarnated in the 3D plane, and it can mean absolutely nothing; you may never even cross paths with them if there is no karma left between you two.

Now, having karma owed to you or by you is not always a bad thing, just like it’s not always a good thing. It just means unfinished business. And perhaps in this life you have no unfinished business with any of the souls incarnated, and that’s okay. This could be your last life on earth. And that’s okay! What’s not okay is forcing a connection to happen where there is none. You owe nothing to anyone and nor they to you so in that sense there is no unfinished business and when there isn’t unfinished business, there isn’t a connection through karma. And karma can mean high vibrational things as well, like changing the world, birthing a new soul, changing each other’s lives, making an impact no matter how big or small. Karma is like your purpose to do something by yourself or with someone else. But here we’re talking with someone else.

Maybe you find someone through your dharma. Now, what is dharma? It means cosmic law and order in general terms, but here, I feel compelled to say, dharma is the positive cause and effect of your cumulative karma. And let’s be honest, not everyone is promised a happily ever after with our highest soulmate or even a twin flame; sometimes, people are promised peace and harmony in their last incarnation. When you have no more obligations to reincarnate on Earth again, you do not make soul contracts with other souls that could bind you for a few lifetimes on Earth. Maybe you incarnated to tie up loose ends with meaningful connections which felt like they could’ve worked in a different life, but you end up feeling like you’re out of time. And no, you may not be too old or too young or star-crossed with that person; you’re just out of time in this life.

And that’s a sad realisation to have sometimes. It is sad because even though we suffer as humans, we evolve as souls here on Earth, and when we do upgrade our lessons, we learn enough until we graduate from here. And no matter how toxic, this Earth school has taught us lessons and has given us memories that our human selves want more of; maybe we want the right person to meet us once again in this life and have a shared future. Maybe the last fourteen lifetimes with them were not enough. Or maybe you have signed a contract with someone that you will unite with them only after you’ve accomplished everything by yourself first. Who knows?

But I will leave you with this: just because you have had a tough time in love for most of your life and you can’t help but feel like you’re unlucky in love doesn’t mean it will be true forever; and neither is it guaranteed that you will eventually find the love of your life, aka your highest soulmate in this life. The lesson here has always been to take life less seriously and to let it flow and let it go. Sometimes you may not have love in the cards, and it sucks, and it feels lonely, but maybe your soul signed up for that experience. Maybe you can find out what your soul has signed up for in this life through accessing your Akashic records, but I don’t know how to do that, so I can’t say how.

Chin up. Life is more than romance and cosmic soul bonds and soul families. Life is about living.
